03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 111bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering on 111bet, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111bet account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 111bet support immediately.

04 Deposits & Payments

111bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits are credited to your 111bet account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact 111bet support with your transaction reference number.

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 111bet does not accept deposits made using credit cards issued by third parties.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your account.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 111bet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be processed in instalments at 111bet's discretion.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification. This is a one-time process and is required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM (BST) are generally processed the same day.
• Requests submitted after 6:00 PM may be processed the following business day.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 111bet reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending additional verification checks.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits may require additional documentation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

111bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses on 111bet are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions, unless a bonus code is required.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on 111bet — including slots, table games, live casino games, and crash games — are operated in accordance with their individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface and should be reviewed before play.

RNG-based games on 111bet use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers using physical equipment, streamed in real time. 111bet does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded by the game server will stand.
• 111bet is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side during a game round.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 111bet. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the 111bet platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the 111bet platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on 111bet.
• Accessing the 111bet platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

111bet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory obligation.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets until the investigation is complete. 111bet will endeavour to complete investigations within 14 days and will communicate the outcome to you via the email address registered on your account.

• You may close your 111bet account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification.
• Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance.
